Record 01 solved the Commander's problem: historians now have a song to misfile. It created hers. She proposed CULTURE-AS-COMMS. She proved it under Ghost Encore. She was credited as background silhouette. This filing is the same Directive 11-B loophole, aimed the other way.

Legal reviewed the submission in nine minutes. Written finding: “It still rhymes. We still have no standing. Also, she was already there.”
Same operations. Opposite reading.
Buried Crown. Final Impact. Rising Sunburn. Project Rhino. The radio grab. Record 01 shows him claiming them. Record 02 shows the same rooms with her already inside them. The radio shot is the same frame. She says give me the comms, Commander over the cut he used for give me this radio.
The Chronovisor is the thesis
Fifteen recovered plates. Red reticle. Subject present, image will not resolve. That is the A-007 file in a picture: she was at Alcatraz, the Pampanito, Benning, Tranquility. You cannot prove it. Three plates held — green reticle, she is actually there. Three leaks. Not four.
Blue, not gold
Titles, the shadow file, and this bay run her cyan. Record 01 keeps his gold. Public Affairs asked for a unified brand. She filed this instead. The Agency motto still applies: observe the unseen.
Not a sequel
Public Affairs wanted a second verse on his track. She declined. This is a response record — the same length of argument, from the operator who was already in the room. If you only watch Record 01, you get his grievance. If you watch both, you get the cell.
No vertical cut. On purpose, for now.
Directive 11-B, Annex 4 still requires a single-thumb format. Record 01 has one. Record 02 does not. Night Shade's margin note: they never see me coming on a phone either. When a 9:16 exists it will land here. Until then the thumb package for this cell is still his.
