Nobody could find the switch

The mess and the residence run on the same cameras, the same recorder and the same registry as everywhere else in the building. Nobody ever switched them off, and Records has no category for material that is not worth keeping — so it is all kept, stamped, and given a classification it does not remotely deserve. That last part is the only genuinely funny thing this agency does on purpose, and it does it by accident.
