A clerk in Requisitions ordered a broadcast package, meaning cardboard, and took delivery of a forty kilowatt transmitter. Returning it needs Form 1140-R. The only copy of Form 1140-R was packed inside the crate. Public Affairs put the mast on the roof, and J.B.C. has been on air ever since, because the authority to switch it off was on the form.

The schedule runs on the wall clock, not on you. Whatever is playing was already playing when you arrived, and it will still be running after you close the tab.

Every spot the station holds, including the three in JBC-0 that it does not hold so much as keep receiving. Patch to air pulls one out of the rotation and runs it from the top; when it finishes, the set rejoins the schedule wherever the schedule has got to.
