Places most
agencies won't
book you
See the unseen. Reach the impossible.
Small groups, quiet arrangements, and an office that answers the phone. We handle the itineraries other agencies return unopened — and we have never once lost a bag, a passport, or a dog.

Four itineraries we know better than anyone, because we keep going back.
Paws & Passports
Our pet travel desk. Equal billing, because for most of our clients it is the part that keeps them awake.
Moving an animal across a border is mostly paperwork, and the paperwork is mostly deadlines. We keep the calendar, book the crate, brief the airline, and meet the arrival ourselves — so the first face your dog sees at the other end belongs to someone who was expecting him.
- Import permits, health certificates and titre timing
- In-cabin advocacy where the airline allows it
- IATA crate sizing, sourcing and acclimatisation
- Ground team at arrival — every flight, no exceptions
- Cats, rabbits, rodents and birds — not just dogs
- Small animals welcome. We have moved stranger.

What travellers say
Fifty-two years of this. Some of them come back every spring.
“They booked a connection I did not know existed, through an airport I could not pronounce, and it worked exactly as printed. I have stopped asking how.”
“Nine nights in Tokyo and the only thing that went wrong was my own fault. The office rang me the morning of departure just to confirm the weather. Who does that?”
“Discreet, fast, and they never once asked me why. The only agency I use, and the only one that has never lost my luggage or my patience.”

Tell us roughly what you want. We will come back within two working days with something specific.
Why people use us
We are a small office and we answer our own telephone. There is no portal, no chatbot, and no hold music. If you ring on a Tuesday you will most likely speak to the person who wrote your itinerary.
We do not publish package prices for everything because most of what we arrange is not a package. Tell us the shape of the trip and we will price the real thing.
Fifty-two years, three generations, one office. We have outlasted four airlines and one country.
The office
Open Monday to Friday, and most Saturday mornings in booking season.
